Arkansas softball started the SEC Tournament making program history as the No. 1 seed for the first time, and now the Razorbacks are back in the finals for the first time since 1999.
The Razorbacks (43-9) take on No. 7 Missouri (36-19) in the SEC Tournament championship Saturday (4 p.m. CT, ESPN2) after defeating Florida 4-1 in the semifinals in their second straight late-night matchup. Missouri shut out Tennessee 3-0 in the first semifinal, which was interrupted by a 2.5 hour weather delay.
Arkansas has the chance to make history and win the first SEC Tournament championship in program history, adding to the Razorbacks' regular season championship.

Both the Razorback pitchers shined in the first two wins. Mary Haff pitched a complete game Thursday, shutting out Ole Miss 3-0. Haff became the second pitcher in program history to surpass 800 career strikeouts, only trailing Heather Schlichtman's 886 career strikeouts.
Chenise Delce pitched a seven-inning stunner against Florida, only allowing one run and five hits. The SEC Pitcher of the Year struck out seven and retired the last nine batters straight after Arkansas took a 4-1 lead in the fourth inning.
