Arlene Foster receives her first Covid-19 vaccine

Northern Ireland’s First Minister has received her first dose of Covid-19 vaccine. Arlene Foster was given an AstraZeneca jab by GP Dr John Porteous at the Castle Park leisure centre in Lisnaskea in her Co Fermanagh constituency on Saturday morning.

- It was very painless, very well-organized, and very quick. I was really pleased to get called by my own GP here in Lisnaskea and to have my vaccine locally. Of course, you know that we have centers right across Northern Ireland. But there's something very special about being able to come to your hometown and get your vaccine this morning.
