Armando Bacot scored his 1,789th point from the free-throw line early in the second half of UNC's game against Duke on Sunday to move up a spot on the Tar Heels' all-time scoring list.

The player he passed? That would be none other than Michael Jordan, who would go on to win six NBA championships with the Chicago Bulls.

Already North Carolina's all-time top rebounder, Bacot added another jewel to his crown with a jump to No. 14 on UNC's all-time scoring list in his senior season.

Tyler Hansbrough's 2,872 points rank No. 1 all-time for UNC men's basketball.
