Arrest warrant issued for suspect in June 19 homicide death of Joseph Roberts
HOLLAND — An arrest warrant has been issued in connection to a June 19 fatal shooting in Holland.
The Holland Department of Public Safety announced Wednesday, July 6, a five-count warrant for the arrest of 39-year-old Thaddeus Cortrez Wilson, of Holland, in connection to the death of Joseph Roberts, 36. It was authorized by the Allegan County Prosecutor’s Office.
The warrant includes counts of open murder, felony firearm, possession with intent to deliver cocaine, possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine and felon in possession of a firearm.
Wilson has not been located since the shooting took place and his whereabouts are currently unknown, HDPS said.

Roberts was fatally shot multiple times at an apartment complex off Lincoln Avenue in Holland just after midnight June 19. Authorities say there was a verbal altercation between the suspect, now identified as Wilson, and Roberts leading up to the shooting.
