Three arrests after car crash kills mother and four-year-old daughter on school run

Police have arrested three people after a mother who was on the school run with her daughter were both killed when a car mounted a pavement.
Justyna Hulboj, 27, and Lena Czepczor, four, were believed to be on their way to nursery when they were struck by a white Audi TTRS in Sheepscar, Leeds, shortly after 8.30am on Monday.
The mother and daughter were found injured at the scene on Scott Hall Road and were pronounced dead a short time later.
West Yorkshire Police confirmed two men and a woman had been arrested in connection with the collision.
A 26-year-old man was arrested on Monday morning on suspicion of two offences of causing death by dangerous driving and remains in custody.
A second man, 34, has been arrested on suspicion of two offences of causing death by dangerous driving and is currently in custody.
A 65-year-old woman has also been arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender and released on bail.
Officers have spoken to several witnesses but continue to urge anyone with dashcam footage or who had seen any part of the incident to contact police.
Police were called to a report a white Audi car had collided with the wall of the Vertu Jaguar Leeds car dealership.
They said enquiries suggested the car had been travelling in convoy with a grey BMW 135i prior to the collision.
Detective Inspector Paul Conroy, of the Major Collision Enquiry Team, said on Monday: “This is an absolutely tragic incident, and we are working to support the family of the woman and child involved.
“We have already spoken to a number of witnesses but are keen to speak to anyone else who has witnessed the collision itself or the events leading up to it. We would also ask anyone who was in the area around the time of this collision to check their dashcam footage.”
