Arrests made after unruly crowd converges in Towson

Witnesses described a chaotic scene Friday night when an unruly crowd converged in and around Towson, leading to several arrests. Dominic Saunders, of Towson, was out with friends when he said he ran into an unruly group of young people in downtown Towson between 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. Friday. The Citizen app posted videos of the police response, which included K-9 and aviation units. Investigators told the 11 News I-Team that after some people in the crowd ignored orders to disperse, officers arrested seven juveniles and an adult for resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
