Art of the Alley to host anniversary celebration
Art on the Alley will celebrate its fifth year in the community from noon to 5 p.m. May 1 and Oct. 16 in downtown New Philadelphia.
The celebration will be presented by Tuscarawas Arts Partnership and the Art on the Alley committee. Attendees can expect a various local arts and creative vendors set up to demonstrate, sell and exhibit their work. Downtown businesses will be open, and music will be performed at the north and south stages.
Food trucks and restaurants will be open. Activities for children will be available with arts and crafts provided by local nonprofits, the STEAM Center and the Tuscarawas County Public Library System.
Applications for participants are available on the Art on the Alley web page on Tuscarawas Arts Partnership’s website.
Sponsors are needed to support the festival.
