The Art Center of Western Colorado offers classes over winter break

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KREX) — The Art Center of Western Colorado (TAC) is offering Holiday Art Break Day for kids aged 5 to 12.

TAC will offer a series of multimedia art day classes during the holiday break. Students will have the chance to work with various art forms and materials such as clay, printmaking and sculpture making.

The classes follow the Colorado Model Content Standard for visual arts; content standards are available by request.

Classes are offered on December 22, December 26 through 28 and January 2 through 5. The entry fee is $38 if you’re a member and $43 if you’re not. All art materials are provided.
