Aug. 1----The Arts at Marks Garage opens an "Art with Kapa " exhibit, featuring the traditional Hawaiian fabric, on Wednesday, with a First Friday reception. Free. More than 300 of Van Gogh's artworks are projected life-size onto the walls of Kamehameha Exhibit Hall III at the Hawai 'i Convention Center. $23-$89. California artist Sofia Enriquez, now based in Manoa, creates works that explore identity, symbolism and feminism, using murals and large-scale paintings, as well as her fashion line Mucho. Open Saturdays only from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. in the Mirror Room. The museum is open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday-Saturday. Free. On Saturdays, live music will be in the Central Courtyard, with DJ sets at the cafe, and workshops and other activities at the HoMA Shop from 6-8 p.m. Free.
