Art Garage to expand to Oak Harbor
OAK HARBOR ― St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church and The Arts Garage of Port Clinton invite the community to an art show and open house to announce TAG’s newest Ottawa County location, St. John’s.
The free, public event will be 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. Saturday at 122 W. Ottawa St., Oak Harbor.
The community will be able to meet the artists, view their work, create free mini-canvas artwork and sign up for art classes. The event is open to adults and children of all ages. TAG will begin offering classes at St. John’s in early spring.
Additionally, a community chili cook-off is available for those who wish to showcase their cooking talents. To sign up for the chili event specifically, email your name, phone number and what type of chili to secretary@oakharborchurch.com. Prizes will be awarded in categories such as best, spiciest, etc. Everyone attending the larger open house will serve as taste testers and voters.
Snacks, desserts and beverages will be provided to all who attend.
