Grocery store shortage shopping tips — The supply chain has broken down, and it's affecting grocery store shelves. We've got some tips for you to plan your shopping, including not waiting till you're out of something to shop and getting creative with ingredients you do have access to.

Artisan bread boutique bakery — Did you know there's a former Michelin-star chef making super artisan bread in Logan Street Market? You can even watch as the loaves are made, or at least part of the 48-hour process. He says his loaves are "far more nutritious" than modern bread, which can have 30 or 40 ingredients in it. But his loaves are made with love, time and quality ingredients.

Plant-based meat alternatives KFC just added a plant-based chicken to its menu so you know it's mainstream now. It's showing up at all kinds of fast-food giants, so reporter Kirby Adams reached out to nutritionists to see how good-for-you it actually is. And the highly-processed stuff is not very nutritious.
