Artist continues work on mural beneath railroad bridge in Gardner
Artist Chris Bomengen continued his work Thursday on a mural beneath the railroad bridge on Timpany Boulevard between Hannaford supermarket and the Route 2 rotary in Gardner.
The mural, which was commissioned by the city last year, is a testimony to the Chair City's manufacturing history. Officials were also hoping the artwork would help alleviate the graffiti problem in the community.
