Ashland County Senior Fair entry deadline is Aug. 20
The Ashland County Agricultural Society announce the 2022 Ashland County Fair Books are posted on the Agricultural Society's website and available at 2042 Claremont Ave. Entry deadline is Saturday, with special office hours 8 a.m.-noon.
The entries and appropriate membership ticket amount must be at the office before the Saturday deadline. Regular office hours are 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday-Friday; closed Saturday.

The book contains fair rules, regulations, entry forms, fair schedule and more. The deadline Junior Fair entry deadline was Aug. 12. There are many opportunities for youth to participate in the open classes under a parent or guardian's membership.
The fair book and full fair are a combine effort by all the directors, department supervisors, and committee members. They attend meetings and work diligently to make the grounds and facility update, safe, and clean.
They also plan parking and entry spaces, decorations, supplies, set up helpers, secure judges, all the way to tear down helpers at the close of the fair and then it begins all over again for the next year.
