The Kids Page is a compilation of responses written by kindergarten through eighth-grade students from area schools. Students are asked a different question each month and answers are printed weekly.
This month’s question: You found a magic wand. What would you do with it? What would you want to get?

I found a magic wand in a castle. I went home and slept I wake up. I used the magic wand for superpowers. I got super strength and superpowers. Soon I learned Max had superpowers to and he used them for evil. Max was going to blow up the world. I showed up and saved the world. I went home and went to bed.

If I found a magic wand these are the things I would do. I would get a Mclaren and a lot of Rubix. I would also get a mansion with a private jet. I would get a billion dollars. I would also get a football field. Also I would make my very mean sister nice to me and my cats and dogs. I also get a Lamborghini and a Bugatti. Also a headset with my computer. I also want to get a quadrillion dolllars instead of a billion dollars. I also wanted a flat screen TV with speaker and touch screen remote. I want to get a new Harry Potter book. That what I would do if I had a magic wand.

If I had a magic wand I would make me teloport. I would telport to the stor or to my barn. I would love to go to the store one day and make all my food, drinks, and maybe toys be all free. I would buy food and drink for people that are pore or don’t have homes. And I would like to go to Florida or wrer my my and dad went to colege or school. I also could teloport to my grandma. It would be a cool enveture and it would be fun. But were would I get this magical wand. I fond the wand was in my bedroom. It was black and brown. Then buy me a soft blanket, buy me new skin care, buy me air pods max, and buy me food from Denny’s for a week. Also, buy me hot cocoa, a Christmas movie, and that is all. I hope you liked my story but my stuff just some how got in front of me and my grandpa said “ I am broke.”

I was playing in my backyard and I found a magic wand! So I made my first wish “I wish for world peace!” And then I saw a flash in my eyes. And I checked my phone and I found out Ukraine and Russia weren’t at war! I was amazed. So I made another wish. I said “ I wish everyone has food and water!” And boom I saw another flash in my eyes. I checked my phone and saw all African children had water! I was so happy I got off my phone and made 1 more wish so I said “I wish everyone is rich!” And boom I saw another flash in my eyes and everyone was yelling “I’m rich I'm rich!” And so that is the end of my story.

If I found a magic wand I would use it to make the Bengals win every game they played. I would also make every single candy bar in the world. I would also make sporting gear. I would make a bunch of toys to play with. I would also make a quadrillion bucks so I could buy everything. I would also make an Xbox, Playstation, and VR headset. There are so many things you could do with a magic wand but that’s what I would do.
