Ashland University volunteer groups work with community partners to honor MLK Day

ASHLAND - Despite the overnight snow storm that continued into this morning, Ashland University still is having its MLK Day of Service and Celebration today.

AU volunteer groups are working with a designated community partner for two hours between noon and 4 p.m.

After that at 5 p.m., all the volunteer groups will gather for a time of celebration and reflection on Martin Luther King Jr.'s life and legacy at the Jack W. Liebert Military & Veteran Resource Center/ Redwood Hall on the AU campus.
