Ashley Benson Still Trying to Get Out of Her ‘Pretty Little Liars’ Lair

She’ll rent it to you, she’ll sell it to you, actress Ashley Benson will do whatever it takes to get out of the strategically placed Hollywood Hills home she bought shortly after her CW series, “Pretty Little Liars,” became a hit in 2012. The show’s seventh and final season is set to air later this year.

If you’re interested in renting the place, the lease will run $15,000 a month. But if you’re ready for a long-term commitment, you can purchase the 3,085-square-foot house located just above Hollywood Boulevard for $2.7 million. Benson originally listed the house in March for $3 million.

And what will that pretty little price get you? Three bedrooms and 3.5 baths in a French Normandy–style home located right above the Sunset Strip. It’s within walking distance of many trendy bars, clubs, restaurants, and shops.

Built in 1938, the home has been remodeled while retaining some of its original charm. It features ebony hardwood flooring throughout, an elegant wood-paneled library, and a chef’s kitchen with custom cabinetry and Calacatta marble countertops. The formal dining room features a coffered ceiling, built-in bookshelves, and a fireplace.

The master suite, which takes up the entire second floor, includes an office/lounge, walk-in closets, a spacious bath, and french doors leading to a deck with stunning views of the city. Plus, there’s a pool and spa below.

Benson has been quite active in the real estate market over the past couple of years. In 2015, she bought a four-bedroom, Mediterranean revival home in Beverly Hills, CA, for $4,150,000, only to list it two months later for $4,195,000. She wound up selling it in May 2016 for $3,812,000, taking a $338,000 hit.

The 27-year-old actress scored her first break starring in the daytime soap “Days of Our Lives.” She’s been a lead in “Pretty Little Liars” since it debuted in 2010. She’s also starred in films such as “13 Going on 30,” “Spring Breakers,” and “Elvis and Nixon.”
