Ashley Graham may be very pregnant, but the supermodel can still shake it.

Graham, who is expecting a baby boy with husband Justin Ervin, showed off her twerking skills at her baby shower on Friday night at The Foundry in New York City. Dressed in a low-cut, long-sleeved red dress, the beauty joined friend and stylist Cary Tauben for a quick dance-off, showing that despite being very pregnant, she still has her moves. Tauben caught the moment on Instagram Stories.

“Some things never change,” wrote Tauben.

The festivities included everything from a DJ and elaborate balloons to a candy bar and manicures. There were even tattoo and piercing booths.

Graham also posed with her mother-in-law and her mother, for one adorable shot caught by journalist Derek Blasberg.

Graham and Ervin gave quick speeches at the celebration. “Thank you so much,” Graham said in her speech captured on video by doula Latham Thomas. “This is bigger than our wedding. This is like, Christmas! Thank you for your prayers and support. We can’t raise this baby boy without all of you, and we’re so excited to do it with all of you. Thank you so much for being here.”

Recently, Graham dressed up for Halloween as Jessica Rabbit in a latex red dress, while Ervin dressed as “Macho Man” Randy Savage. The model announced her pregnancy back in August while she and Ervin celebrated their nine-year wedding anniversary, and has kept followers up-to-date with the process, including her changing body.

“Getting bigger and bigger and trying to embrace my new body everyday,” Graham wrote on October 7. “It’s a journey and I’m so thankful to have such a supportive community.”
