Asian-fusion restaurant to anchor second phase of Pineville project

MPV Properties is set to break ground any day on the final piece of The Shoppes at McCollough.

The second phase includes a 10,000-square-foot building at that 2.4-acre Pineville development. Phase two of the project is at the intersection of Miller Road and Highway 51 in front of the McCullough neighborhood.

An Asian-fusion restaurant has been signed as the anchor tenant. Vivian Wong will operate the 3,300-square-foot, still-to-be-named venture. The restaurant will serve Asian cuisine with fresh ingredients and focus on handcrafted and authentic options such as Fried Scallops with XO Sauce, Beef and Pineapple Fried Rice, Creamy Fruit Shrimp and Pork Cartilage Ramen.
