We asked readers to suggest new names for Paul Brown Stadium. Here are their best ideas

The naming rights to Paul Brown Stadium are up for grabs, and Cincinnatians have ideas.

On Thursday, Hamilton County's administration confirmed to The Enquirer that the Cincinnati Bengals plan to explore naming rights options for the Downtown football stadium. It has been named after the team's founder, Paul Brown, since its opening in 2000.

As speculation around potential buyers circulates on social media, we asked Enquirer Instagram followers for their input.

They gave many creative responses. Here are our favorites.

Several commenters seem to think Cincinnati-headquartered Procter & Gamble will buy the stadium's naming rights. Other corporate suggestions included "Kroger Stadium: Great players. Lower prices," and "Fifth Third Stadium." Due to the Pittsburgh Steelers recently renaming their home venue to Acrisure Stadium, "Heinz Field" even came up as a suggestion.

Skyline Chili, of course, got several mentions, with our favorite recommended name being the "Skyline Chili Bowl."

Several Instagram users also recommended renaming Paul Brown Stadium to "The Jungle," a play on the Bengal tiger's habitat and the unofficial nickname for the team's home field.

Possibly the most clever suggestion we received, though, was the "Graeter American Ball Park," a two-for-one play on both Graeter's Ice Cream and the Cincinnati Reds' current home at Great American Ball Park.
