A UK personal trainer says he shed 13 pounds in a month — and still devoured Domino’s pizza every day.

Jayden Lee, 18, decided to indulge in one small pie from the pizza franchise each day in January to prove you don’t have to give up processed foods in the quest to shape up.

The teen believes that as long as you’re in a calorie deficit and exercise regularly, no food items should be off the menu.

“Trying a new pizza every day was fun,” Lee told WhatsTheJam this week. “For a long time, I used to have a terrible relationship with food and noticed people demonize certain processed foods.”

UK personal trainer Jayden Lee tipped the scales at 161.60 pounds on Jan. 1 before embarking on his 31-day challenge.

“Food shouldn’t have to be restricted simply because you’re trying to lose a bit of belly fat,” the Brit added.

The PT tipped the scales at 161.60 pounds on Jan. 1 before embarking on his 31-day challenge.

He capped his calorie intake at 2,500 per day and made sure to exercise almost daily, aiming for 45 minutes of cardio.

On Jan. 31, he weighed a slimmed-down 148.37 pounds.

“My body was fine; my sleep was good, my hunger levels were fine, except for the occasional day, and my energy was good,” Lee claimed. “I had no complaints! Other than waiting for Domino’s, which was a bit tedious at times.”

While the PT did eat pizza every day, he combined that fatty food with protein-heavy meals such as banana protein pancakes, chocolate protein oats, scrambled eggs with vegetables, and peanut butter on bagels with banana and honey.

“I ate nutrient-dense, high-protein, high-volume foods to keep me satisfied and fuel my body,” he explained.

In addition to frequent, high-intensity cardio workouts, the teen also did strength training and aimed to walk for at least 10 minutes after each meal.

He also made sure to sleep for at least 7 hours a night.

While Lee will no longer be eating pizza daily, he said the challenge proves you can still indulge in treats on a weight loss journey without sacrificing your end result.

“Food shouldn’t be feared or excluded when trying to cut down fat, but rather included with an overall healthy diet,” he declared.
