What do you like most about your sport: One thing I like about the sport is the physicality and hitting people in general.

How long have you been playing your sport and how did you get started: I have been playing since the age of 6 so it has been about 10-11 years of me playing. I first started playing soccer at the age of 5 then a football coach asked my parents if I could come out to one of their practices.

Pregame ritual: Listening to calm relaxing music.

Most memorable sports moment: Beating Apple Valley my freshman year and winning the league title.

If you could be someone else for a day, who would it be and why: Lebron James. I’ve looked up to him since I was a kid. He pushes himself everyday to be a leader and lead by example.

Something most people don’t know about you: My great grandpa’s brother played for the Buffalo Bills. His name is Elbert Dubenion.

How would you spend $1 million: If I had 1 million dollars I would invest in real estate and eventually try to start my own sports training business.

Where would you go if you could travel anywhere in the world: Italy. From what I’ve seen it has some of the most beautiful sceneries.

If you had an extra hour every day, how would you spend it: I would either be working out, because I love benching, or I would watch football to see where I can do to get better.

What superpower do you wish you had: Teleportation so I can travel anywhere I want in a split second.

School: Academy of Careers and Exploration

Grade: Senior

This week’s accomplishment: Dupree was named the MVP at de Toledo High School’s tournament after racking up 32 kills and 22 aces in four games for the Eagles.

What do you like most about your sport: What I like most about my sport is the chemistry me and my teammates form each time we get out there on the court.

How long have you been playing your sport and how did you get started: I’ve been playing volleyball for five years. I got started because I wanted to try something different and try all the sports that my school had to offer.

Pregame ritual: A trip down to the Native Coffee shop in my local town where I get a matcha drink before each game with my teammates.

Most memorable sports moment: My most memorable sports moment was when I was in seventh grade. I was playing a game of volleyball and I was the server. I had scored about 20 points on them just by my serves alone, but apparently we were all out of rotation, so we lost all the points I had made and ended up losing the game we could have won.

If you could be someone else for a day, who would it be and why: It would be nobody because I wouldn’t want to change my family, my friends or my lifestyle for anything.

Something most people don’t know about you: A thing most people don’t know about me is that I'm very high maintenance in stressful situations.

How would you spend $1 million: If I had $1 million, I would give a huge amount to my parents and then donate the money to an organization that specializes in the care for younger children who are homeless, starving or abused.

Where would you go if you could travel anywhere in the world: Switzerland

If you had an extra hour every day, how would you spend it: If I had an extra hour everyday, I would use that time to sleep in.

What superpower do you wish you had: I wish I had the superpower to fly.
