Atlanta Braves World Series trophy tour comes back to Charlotte

The Atlanta Braves have shown off their shiny 2021 World Series Trophy throughout the 2022 season in 151 cities across the Southeast which is commemorating 151 years of Braves baseball.

The tour has come back to the Charlotte area after making a couple of stops in May in the Queen City.

The first stop was at the Around the Crown 10K on Sunday at Truist Field. Those attending the race were able to see the hardware the Braves obtained by beating the Houston Astros last season in the World Series.

The second and last stop will take place at the Truist Bank in Charlotte from 2 p.m.-5 p.m. this Wednesday, Sept. 7, located at 10009 Rea Road.

Fans are encouraged to take pictures with the trophy.
