Auburn basketball cements two commitments during early signing period

AUBURN — Two commits officially joined Auburn basketball's 2022 recruiting class Tuesday as four-star wing Chance Westry and three-star point guard Tre Donaldson signed their letters of intent during the early signing period.

Donaldson, a multi-sport athlete, is also committed to Auburn football as a four-star defensive back. The 6-foot-2 guard averaged 11 points and 3.8 assists as a junior in Tallahassee, Florida.

Westry is the No. 9 small forward in the 2022 class and No. 30 overall player according to the 247Sports composite rankings. The 6-6 forward can play point guard. He is from Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, but is finishing high school in Phoenix, Arizona.
