Auburn football coach Bryan Harsin and his wife Kes attended the AHSAA Kickoff Classic between Auburn H.S. and Hoover on Friday night at Cramton Bowl in Montgomery.

Harsin's son, Davis, is Auburn's backup quarterback. He's a three-star in the Class of 2024, per 247Sports.

A handful of Auburn targets are also playing in the Kickoff Classic. Bradyn Joiner, a four-star offensive lineman in the Class of 2023, starts at left tackle for Auburn and is committed to the Tigers for college.

On the Hoover side, Class of 2024 linebacker Bradley Shaw is a three-star and has offers from Auburn and Georgia.

Auburn, ranked No. 3 in Class 7A in the Alabama Sports Writers Association preseason poll, leads No. 5 Hoover 14-0 at halftime behind two touchdowns by DV Williams.
