AUBURN — The transfer portal window has opened and many college football players have entered it looking for a new home.

With Bryan Harsin being fired and Auburn football winning less than six games for the first time since 2012, it'll likely be a very active portal season in both directions for the Tigers. New coach Hugh Freeze and his staff will have their work cut out for them trying to revamp the roster.

Here's a list of Auburn players who are either already in the transfer portal or have declared their intentions to do so:

Zach Calzada, QB − Calzada reportedly entered the transfer portal Dec. 5 after spending one year at Auburn. He never logged a snap with the Tigers, though, as he was ruled out for the season with shoulder issues in September.

Keiondre Jones, OL − After spending a few years on the Plains, Jones announced Dec. 1 he would be entering his name into the transfer portal. In his post on Twitter, though, Jones didn't rule out returning to the Tigers. "This does not count out Auburn," he said. "They will be at the top of my list pending coach staff and their interest."

Ze'Vian Capers, WR − Capers was the first player to enter the transfer portal after Harsin was relieved of his duties, announcing his plans through a Twitter post Nov. 1.

A.D. Diamond, DB − A three-star recruit in the Class of 2021 out of Blount High School in Alabama, Diamond leaves without registering a stat in his time at Auburn. News of his intention to leave broke the same day as Dawson.

JJ Evans, WR − Evans announced he was leaving the program four days after Auburn's season opener against Mercer on Sept. 3. He hadn't registered a snap in his college career, and was mostly working out with the fourth-team receivers in preseason practice.
