A new law requires voters to request a mail ballot each election year — not every two election cycles as before — no later than 5 p.m. Saturday. Here's how:

Early voting ID requirements
An ID with your photo and signature is required. These are acceptable:
U.S. passport
Florida driver license
Florida ID card from Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles
Debit or credit card
Military ID
Student ID
Retirement center ID
Neighborhood association ID
Public assistance ID
Florida concealed weapon or firearm license
Government employee ID issued by any federal, state, county or municipal agency
Veteran health ID from U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs
If your photo ID does not show your signature, you will be asked to show an additional form of identification with your signature. If you do not have the required ID, you may cast a provisional ballot, the eligibility of which a canvassing board will evaluate.
