Author Robert Macomber in Tampa to celebrate ‘Full Naval Honors,’ give talk

Novelist Robert Macomber will speak on “Theodore Roosevelt, Tzar Nicholas and Russia’s Anti-Jewish Pogroms” and celebrate his latest book, “Full Naval Honors,” at 3:30 p.m. April 23 at the Oxford Exchange, 420 W Kennedy Blvd., Tampa.
