Authorities investigating Tuesday night fire in Pennock, Minnesota

Nov. 29—PENNOCK

— Law enforcement was called to assist with a fully engulfed garage fire Tuesday night in the city of Pennock.

According to a news release from the

Kandiyohi County Sheriff's Office,

deputies along with the Pennock Fire Department were dispatched at approximately 8:41 p.m. to a garage fire reported in the 200 block of Second Street Southeast in Pennock.

Deputies arrived on scene and found the garage was fully engulfed in flames and significant damage to nearby structures, including the residence.

There are no injuries reported at this time, according to the news release.

The fire is currently under investigation by the Kandiyohi County Sheriff's Office with assistance from the State Fire Marshal's Office.

The Kandiyohi County Sheriff's Office and Pennock Fire Department were assisted at the scene by Pennock First Responders and CentraCare Ambulance.
