Avengers Endgame first reactions are in: 'I laughed so loud, I cried so hard'
The first reactions to Avengers: Endgame have rolled in.
Following the film’s premiere in Los Angeles on Monday night, those who were fortunate to see the film ahead of its release have been sharing their spoiler-free views on social media – and it seems the three hour-long film is going to deliver on the emotion.
Judging by these tweets, there’ll be plenty of tears – as well as laughter – from Marvel fans, with one audience member, journalist Brandon Davis, calling it the “perfect culmination” of the 22 films released before it.
Another user promised fans that the intense theorising about what happens in the film “won’t prepare” them for what happens.
Variety commended the film and said that marvel and Disney should be “proud” of what directing duo, the Russo brothers, have achieved with the end product.

The scope of Avengers: Endgame is impossible to put into words. What Fiege & MCU achieved over last 10-years has lead to this gloriously masterful moment in cinema & it’s truly mind-blowing how beautifully paced this storytelling is. Perfectly balanced. As all things should be.

Imagine the best possible version of #AvengersEndgame and somehow the film still surpasses all expectations. I cried 5-6 times. It’s the most emotional, most epic, MCU film. A tribute to ten years of this universe and holy shit the great fan service in this movie. Soooo good.
— Peter Sciretta (@slashfilm)
Scarlett Johansson, Brie Larson, Tessa Thompson and Chris Evans were among the stars who attended the premiere. The latter revealed that he cried six times while reading the film’s script for the first time.
