Comedy Central shared a teaser trailer for the long-awaited third season of "Awkwafina is Nora from Queens" on Wednesday.

Awkwafina, born Nora Lum, will make her directorial debut with Season 3, Variety reported. Her character’s father (BD Wong), grandmother (Lori Tan Chinn) and cousin (Bowen Yang) will all be reprising their roles on the show.

Awkwafina, who created “Nora from Queens” with Teresa Hsiao (“Joyride”), also executive produces the series. It takes inspiration from Awkwafina’s real life experiences in Queens, New York.

“Nora from Queens” Season 3 will feature several guest stars, including Celia Au (“Wu Assassins”), Ross Butler (“Shazam! Fury of the Gods”), Ronny Chieng (“M3GAN,” “Crazy Rich Asians”), Woody Fu (“Spirited”), Ken Jeong (“The Hangover,” “Crazy Rich Asians”), Frankie Muniz (“Malcolm in the Middle”), Scott Adsit (“Big Hero 6”), musician Michael Bolton, rapper Dumbfoundead and more.

“Nora from Queens” is currently the only scripted original live-action series on Comedy Central. Its second season concluded in October 2021.
