Awkwafina Lists West Hollywood Town House for $2.395 Million

Awkwafina has come a long way from her small railroad apartment in Brooklyn. After catapulting into stardom following the success of 2018’s Ocean’s 8 and Crazy Rich Asians, the Queens native (her real name is Nora Lum) finally made the move to West Hollywood in 2019. Now, nearly two years later, she is looking to sell her West Coast starter home for $2.395 million, according to Dirt.

The contemporary town house, which Awkwafina paid $2.3 million for, boasts three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms spread out over 2,350 square feet. Dark hardwood floors flow throughout the glassy three-story complex, which features a living room with a steel-framed fireplace and sliding doors that open to a private balcony, a dining area with a 20-foot atrium above, and an updated white kitchen that leads to a private courtyard.

On the second floor, there are two en-suite bedrooms with access to their own private balconies. There is also a separate guest apartment with a separate entrance, a private bathroom, and a tiny kitchenette on the lowest level. The main attraction of the pad is perhaps the rooftop deck that offers ample space for outdoor dining and lounging, a two-person spa, and panoramic views of Los Angeles.

While she is giving up her WeHo house, the star of Awkwafina Is Nora From Queens—who once said she was “scared” to invest in a larger space—is staying put on the West Coast. In April, she upgraded to an even bigger pad in Bel Air, which she bought for $3.5 million.
