Baby boom! Expectant couples show off their pregnant bellies on CMA awards red carpet
Country music's very own baby boom!
The biggest names in country music arrived in Nashville for the highly-anticipated CMA Awards on Wednesday night, ready for an evening jam-packed with epic musical performances, gorgeous red carpet fashion and celebrity appearances. Of course, the night kicked off with some very glamorous arrivals from our favorite celebrities, many of whom arrived alongside their significant others...and with a growing belly.
There seemed to a surplus of babies on board for country music stars at this year's CMAs. Maren Morris, who announced in October that she's expecting her first child with husband Ryan Hurd, showed off her little bump in an ice blue ballgown.
Frankie Ballard and wife Chrissy Ballard, who only revealed last week that they're expecting, debuted Chrissy's six-month-bump on the red carpet. Jimmie Allen and fiancée Alexis Gale also took their first red carpet since announcing they're expecting a baby girl, while guitarist Derek Wells also showed off wife Emily's baby bump. Thomas Rhett and pregnant wife Lauren, too, walked the red carpet, alongside their two daughters!
