In addition, the third Operation Fly Formula flight will bring 3.7 million 8-ounce bottle-equivalents of British infant formula brand Kendamil to the U.S. for sale in Target stores starting June 9.

For parents still looking for formula, aside from grocery stores and drugstores, warehouse clubs like Costco, Sam’s Club and BJs can be a resource—and yes, they ship. If you’ve been contemplating on whether or not to sign up for a Costco, Sam’s Club or BJs membership, the time may be now.
►Formula shortage: Looking for baby formula? Here's where to search online
Wholesale clubs all sell infant formula in multipacks or in larger sizes, including major brands like Similac and Enfamil as well as house brands. They have been subject to the same scarcity as other retailers, with stock varying store to store and day to day, and many stores including warehouse clubs are putting a limit to how many you can buy. Here’s what you need to know about how to shop.
Costco stocks national brands of infant and toddler formula in both liquid and powder forms. Non-members can shop Costco online, but won’t get the lower prices that members receive. Before a membership fee increase takes place, you can sign up for a Costco’s Gold Star membership for $60 annually and an Executive membership for $120 annually.
2. Sam’s Club
With nearly 600 locations, Walmart-owned Sam’s Club has stores across the U.S., and stocks national brands including Similac, Enfamil and Nestle’s Nido brand, as well as house brand Member’s Mark. Non-members can shop Sam’s Club online, but don’t get the free shipping and member-only price cuts. For Sam’s Club, you can sign up for the Club membership for $45 or the Plus membership for $100. Members get free flat tire repair, get 2% back with a Plus membership (up to $500) and other savings.
BJ’s has locations in the Northeast as well as Ohio and Michigan. You can sign up for the Inner Circle membership for $55 or the Perks Rewards membership for $110—or try a free one-day trial for access to member-only shipping deals. Members get exclusive coupons, save on gas and can shop both in stores and online. With the Perks Rewards membership, you can also earn 2% cash back on most BJ’s purchases. What sets BJ’s apart from other warehouse clubs is that they accept manufacturer coupons and they even allow stacking on top of in-club coupons.
