The New 'Bachelor' Peter Weber Still Lives At Home With His Parents

Ah Bachelor Nation, the big day has arrived: Chris Harrison just announced Peter Weber, 27, is the next Bachelor during the Bachelor in Paradise reunion show. Affectionately known as Pilot Pete or the guy in the windmill, he's now The Bachelor. You're about to see a lot more of this handsome fella as he embarks on a journey to find love on The Bachelor Season 24.

Here's everything you need to know about Peter before he meets all the ladies clamoring for his final rose:

Peter was one of The Bachelorette Hannah Brown's top three.

Peter was a total gentleman vying for Hannah Brown's affection on The Bachelorette. (Remember when he officially asked Hannah to be his girlfriend? Swoon!) She loved it and kept him in the running almost until the end. He was sent home after fantasy suites, but he made it to the top three alongside Jed Wyatt and Tyler Cameron.

Speaking of that fantasy suite, nobody will ever look at windmills the same again. Peter and Hannah spent their fantasy suite night in a unique abode: a windmill. And, according to Hannah, they didn't spend much time sleeping. In the Bachelorette finale, she clarified that the couple had sex not two, but **four** times in the windmill.

Maybe that's why fellow Bachelor alum Mike Johnson thinks Peter is Bachelor material—he has the "stamina":

Peter lives at home with his family.

When he's not flying all over the world, Peter comes home to Westlake Village, CA, and his fam. He's still super close with his family, as in he still lives with them, per his ABC bio for The Bachelorette.

Pilot Pete fulfilled a lifelong dream flying for Delta.

Peter took Hannah up in a smaller plane on their hometown date, but he's usually flying a large commercial jet for Delta Air Lines. He announced the news of his dream gig in an adorable Instagram post in March 2018. "I’ve wanted to become a major airline pilot my entire life and today I’m so excited to announce I’ve accepted an offer to fly for Delta Air Lines."

Peter is v much a dog person.

Peter shared a cute video to Instagram snuggling with his pup, Tripp. Oh, and Toy Story's "You've Got a Friend In Me" plays in the background, just in case the snuggles didn't already show the strength of their relationship.

Peter's a huge football fan.

Peter doesn't just watch his fantasy team behind a screen, he cheers in person at the stadium. He shared a photo of himself and his brother, Jack, at a Seattle Seahawks game in December 2018. Both Weber brothers are decked out in Seahawks gear.

Peter's all about giving back to charity.

Peter helps raise money for Seed to Mountain Ministries, which aims to "provide women of all ages as well as children of all backgrounds who have 'faith as small as a mustard seed' with platforms and opportunities to move mountains for positive social change."

In August, he shared a photo dancing at a fundraising event with the caption: "Had a blast dancing the night away at our Soc Hop for @seedtomountain."

Peter regularly donates blood.

Peter says he's "very passionate" about giving blood. This past July, he shared an Instagram post encouraging followers to help by donating blood at their local Red Cross. He hopes to do more and shared: "It’s been a dream of ours to one day start a foundation in honor of our grandmother Aurora who fought Leukemia." (Okay, real talk: Is this guy perfect?)

Peter *may* have ended a relationship to go on The Bachelorette.

Yeah...so, maybe he's not perfect. Like Jed and his ex-girlfriend drama, Peter also dealt with some past relationship rumors toward the end of Hannah's season. His ex, model Calee Lutes, claimed Peter dumped her out of the blue, per Entertainment Tonight. They had already talked about moving in together. Yiiiikes!
