Soon, the sounds of kids at the pool, parks and playgrounds will start to quiet down as summer comes to an end in Northeast Ohio. It's that time of year again...back to school. Students across the area will be boarding school buses and filling the halls after an unusually warm summer, but when exactly does school start?
