Baltimore COVID-19 health restrictions lifted, loosened

Friday morning brought big changes for people who live, work and play in Baltimore City as a slew of COVID-19 health restrictions were either lifted or loosened. This comes as COVID-19 health metrics are climbing, some at a rapid clip. Indoor dining is now allowed at 50% capacity and outdoor dining at 75% capacity. And if you're eating outside in a tent, it must be open on all four sides. The same occupancy limits are in place for bars that don't serve food -- 50% indoors and 75% outdoors.
