Baltimore delegation urgently working on crime-fighting proposals

Members of the Baltimore City delegation in Annapolis said they are urgently working on new crime-fighting proposals to provide resources to law enforcement and prosecutors. Escalating crime in Baltimore City frustrates state lawmakers who represent the city, but it's also generating a sense of urgency to pass legislation that will help fight it.
