Baltimore lifting COVID-19 mandates starting July 1

Baltimore City will lift its COVID-19 state of emergency and all mandates on July 1, in accordance to the governor's announcement Tuesday. The mayor said the lifting of the mandates includes the face mask and physical distancing orders. The mayor said he is proud of city residents' resilience, patience and cooperation, but that it's not over.
