Baltimore opaens reservoirs for some activities

Baltimore is starting to send out water bills and ease restrictions at its reservoirs. Baltimore Mayor Jack Young announced phase one of reopening of certain activities at the city's reservoirs, including Liberty, Loch Raven and Prettyboy, will take effect 8 a.m. Saturday as long as residents continue to practice social distancing and wear face coverings. Activities that will be allowed include hiking, biking, kayaking, fishing, boating, horseback riding.
