Baltimore Ravens ranked among NFL’s best gameday experiences

BALTIMORE, Md. (WHTM) – The NFL’s annual Voice of the Fan survey, which rates the gameday experience of NFL fans, found the Baltimore Ravens with the third-best fan experience in 2023.

The Raves and M&T Bank Stadium ranked No. 1 for game entertainment, video board content, quality of sound system, and audio prompts/music.

Baltimore also came in the top five in other categories including food & beverage value (No. 2), stadium technology (No. 3), tailgate experience (No. 3), team/fan rituals (No. 4), rideshare pick-up (No. 4), proximity of food & beverage options (No. 5), cellular service (No. 5) and Wi-Fi service (No. 5).

“A top priority of ours is to create the best gameday atmosphere possible, and we’re grateful that the experience resonates with our fans,” Ravens senior vice president of marketing Brad Downs said.

The Ravens announced a three-year stadium upgrade plan in 2023 (2024-26) which includes changes to the exterior plaza areas and every level of the venue.
