Some Baltimore restaurateurs say reopening now is too little, too late

Baltimore Mayor Brandon Scott said Wednesday he is adjusting the city's COVID-19 mandates, allowing for some in-person dining at restaurants. Restaurants and bars around Baltimore City have been limited to just carryout and delivery for almost six weeks. The mayor announced restaurants and bars can reopen at 6 a.m. Friday for outdoor dining at 50% capacity and indoor dining at 25% capacity, both with one-hour maximum time limits.
