Baltimore sees more new voters casting ballot in primary than ever before

While some races appear to be decided in Baltimore City's Democratic primary, the mayoral race remains a close one. As of Tuesday afternoon, City Council President Brandon Scott remained ahead of former Mayor Sheila Dixon; however, only 1,385 votes separated the two. Scott was leading with 29.1% (41,420 votes) over Dixon's 28.1% (40,035 votes).
