Bar seating is back in Pennsylvania restaurants, outside Philadelphia, as of Easter Sunday.
- Restaurants and bars in Pennsylvania are allowed to open under loosened COVID-19 restrictions, starting today. Governor Tom Wolf made the decision to allow more people to gather inside those types of businesses, with capacity increasing to 75%. Now that change, from Harrisburg, does not include Philadelphia, which is contending with the pandemic independently of the state.
