President Barack Obama sent a warm, handwritten note to Alex Rodriguez and Jennifer Lopez upon hearing news of their recent engagement.
"Michelle and I just wanted to congratulate you on your engagement," Obama wrote. "After 26 years together, we can say that whatever challenges life may bring, sharing them with someone you love makes it all better. All the best, Barack Obama."

Rodriguez shared a snap of the letter on Twitter, writing, "This means the world to us."
After two years of dating, Rodriguez popped the question earlier this month (with a $1.2 million ring!) during a gorgeous beach proposal.
The couple hasn't yet revealed where or when the ceremony will occur, but all of their kids will be "a huge part of the wedding," an insider confirmed.
