Barry Keoghan's drama Bird will soon be rolled out to potential distributors at the 74th Berlin International Film Festival.

Variety reports that director Andrea Arnold's new feature, which was shot around Kent last summer and has already been picked up by Cornerstone Films, is being launched within the European Film Market as the festival unfolds between February 29 and March 3.

Plot details are being tightly guarded for now, but what we do know is that Saltburn star Keoghan is joined in the cast by Franz Rogowski (The Way of the Wind).

Keoghan's stock couldn't be higher right now, having followed up his Oscar-nominated role in The Banshees of Inisherin with both Saltburn — directed by Promising Young Woman's Emerald Fennell — and Steven Spielberg series Masters of the Air in the last few months.

Speaking of which, Masters actor Jon Ewart revealed to HELLO! that his Irish co-star produced some incredible advice for him on set.

"Barry Keoghan gave really good advice on set. He would say, 'It's not about looking good. You don't need to look good on camera'," he said.

"He's like, 'Pick your nose, flick it on the floor if that's what people want to see. Be real in the situation.' I would love to work with him again because he's such a raw talent, he's amazing."
