BART service between Walnut Creek and Concord restored

SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — BART service between Walnut Creek and Concord stations has been restored after being disrupted, according to BART. Earlier, trains were turning back at the Walnut Creek and Concord BART stations due to a person who tried to get into the tracks at Pleasant Hill.

During the service disrupting, Contra Costa County Transit provided free bus rides for BART passengers on Bus 14.

Elsewhere, there is a 10-minute delay on the Berryessa Line in the Berryessa direction due to police activity at South Hayward, BART said.
