Baseball player donates headphones to Linden students
Fourth graders from Linden Elementary School in San Joaquin County got to see their teachers for the last time as they go on to a new school next year. The fourth-grade teachers handed out packets of work and gifts on what would have been ‘’fun day’’ for these students that will attend Waterloo Middle School in the fall. Along with their school items, each child received a brand new set of headphones donated by Major League Baseball player and Linden native Aaron Judge’s All Rise Foundation. His mother, a former teacher, was on hand to give a pep talk on the importance of reading especially during this home-schooling time. Get the full story in the video above.
