St. Cloud Times sports reporters Brian Mozey and Zach Dwyer start the podcast with updates on girls basketball and boys basketball as Mozey went and saw Sartell vs. ROCORI girls basketball on Tuesday night and Sauk Rapids-Rice vs. ROCORI boys basketball on Friday night.

After that segment, Dwyer discusses the adapted floor hockey game he went to on Thursday night, while Mozey provides details from the Albany wrestling night on Thursday.

Finally, Dwyer updates listeners on St. Cloud State hockey as many college teams are getting ready for the postseason of winter sports.
