Spring is right around the corner after what felt like a never-ending winter, and boy am I pumped to finally defrost and get some sun in my life. It's been so cold that I haven't even been in the mood for ice cream—shocking, I know! But now Baskin-Robbins has a new March flavor of the month that has me wanting ice cream before the upcoming equinox: Oreo 'N Cold Brew.

In one of the most legendary collaborations I've seen since Nelly Furtado and Timbaland released "Promiscuous," the iconic Oreo cookie is getting mixed into a cold brew coffee-flavored ice cream. Each bite is guaranteed to taste like a perfect cup of morning coffee because the ice cream base is made with cold brew concentrate. Then, to add flavor and texture, a cookie ribbon made with Oreo pieces will give every spoonful that extra crunch.

The Oreo 'N Cold Brew flavor is available in a plain scoop or can be blended into a milkshake or chosen as an option for Baskin-Robbins' other ice cream creations, like the chain's cakes and sundaes. In another delightful series of events, in honor of National Oreo Cookie Day, Baskin-Robbins is treating customers to $2 off a medium Oreo 'N Cold Brew milkshake when they order through the Baskin-Robbins mobile app on March 6. That means you can have the comforting taste of coffee with the welcomed crunch of Oreo blended together in a smooth drink without emptying your pockets. Weekend plans? Check!
