Bates details crime plan after 3 killed, 15 injured in weekend shootings

The Democratic nominee for Baltimore City state's attorney highlighted his crime-fighting plans after another violent weekend in the city. Three people were killed and as many as 15 others were injured from Friday to Sunday in 13 shootings across Baltimore, police said. Ivan Bates, who won the Democratic primary race for city state's attorney, said Monday his crime-fighting plan will change criminal attitudes. Bates said there will be an attitude adjustment under his watch. There will be no more probation and there will be more accountability.
